How important are omega-3 fatty acids? Forever Arctic Sea® with its omega-3 fatty acids is the perfect anti-aging product: Polyunsaturated fatty acids are not built up by the body itself – so they have to be supplied. The problem of our western diet is a deficit of omega-3 fatty acids, which are mainly found in fatty fish, walnut as well as linseed oil. Forever Arctic Sea® corresponds to a combination that contributes to normal heart and brain function: the so-called Mediterranean diet.

Forever Arctic Sea® uses only highly purified omega-3 essential fatty acids from deep-sea fish – salmon, anchovy and cod – and naturally pure calamari oil. With just two softgels a day, you’ll be optimally supplied with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA which are crucial for your body.
